Bob and Francine with Wayne a happy birthday. He is very disappointed in them and decides to teach them a lesson. Perhaps this was his plan all along, but we'll never know.

Bob, Francine and Wayne = all humans? Adults? Gender relevant? Was it actually Wayne's birthday? Were Bob and Francine genuine in wishing him a happy birthday? Were they intentionally trying to upset him? "Perhaps this was his plan all along" his = Wayne's? Bob's? Francine's?

Do they wish him a happy birthday in person? on the phone? on facebook? other social media?
Do all three people know each other personally? If not, do Bob and Francine know each other? Bob and Wayne? Wayne and Francine?
