Just clarifying a couple things:

Yope internal organ: not internal? both Not an organ? - does this mean it's also not an organ? I was thinking skin or hide, possibly turned into leather. Am I OTRT?

And would the puzzle statement more accurately read "Rosemary's loss was also her gain, but we were horrible to her?"

Okay. Regular questions. If not skin, is it hair? Fat? Something made from a body liquid? Muscle? Tendon? Ligament? Teeth? Was Galfisk OTRT when they asked about a ball in a sport? Is it a ball? Is it something used in a sport? Is it an American football?

Does it matter what Rosemary teaches? Does it matter if she's still a teacher? Does she teach a specific subject? A specific grade level? Was it only her students that were horrible to her? All students in the school? All students in a particular subject, regardless of level? Extracurricular school events relevant? Or school teams? Or clubs?

Because she didn't have bad depth perception, somehow? Because she did something that levelled the playing field (as it were), so that your depth perception was as bad as hers? Or that your vision overall was as bad? Did she make you wear eyepatches? Was the item that she gained a prosthetic eye?

Is lacrosse relevant to the time when she was your teacher (aside from her having lost the eye and all that)? Did you play lacrosse in PE?

Relevant how she lost it in the game? Was she hit with the butt end of a stick? Hit in the face with the ball? Does it matter what happened to the person who injured her? Had Rosemary done anything to provoke the incident? Does it matter whether Rosemary received compensation for the assault?

Rosemary was our Lacrosse teacher at school. There was something different about her - the loss of her eye - and we constantly teased her for it. (She had also gained honour, money, and a prize, but we ignored this).

Was Rosemary the umpire in your school games? Did you (attempt to) take advantage of her poor depth perception? Of the fact she couldn't see from one side? Could you have done the same with any teacher who simply couldn't look everywhere at once, or could it only be done with someone with one eye?

In the early 1970’s, Rosemary was a British lacrosse player at world level. In what would become her last pro game, an American player hoiked out Rosemary’s right eye with a lacrosse stick. She then became the PE teacher at our school in England, but we - the girls under her instruction - constantly teased her about her false eye. She was an incredible player and teacher, and we won all of our matches in the region. As our teacher, the loss of her eye made no difference to her lacrosse skills at school sports level - she could literally beat us all with one eye closed
