Are Peyton and Reagan married? in a relationship?
Does Reagan know that Peyton exists? that Peyton loves her?

Is the crime murder? manslaughter? assault? theft? robbery?

Is Reagan the victim of the crime? a witness? an accomplice?
Does Peyton relevantly confess the crime to Reagan?

Was Reagan alive when Peyton committed the crime? when he was caught?
Had Peyton not loved Reagan, would he also have committed the crime?
Was the crime committed in a planful way? Was Peyton's intention to help Reagan?
Relevant how much time went by until Peyton was caught? some months? a year? 5 years? 10 years? 20 years? more?

Relevant what he did with what he stole? Did he also: threaten? Fight? Break in? Break something? Get hurt? Hurt someone? Did he use relevant tools? Weapons? Vehicles?

Peyton robbed a house, but left his phone behind. His phone had a picture of himself and his wife Reagan as his lockscreen, which made catching him very easy.
