WAG: is she the only person to work weekends, meaning the building is then being lighted and heated/cooled just for her?

Create more local pollution? Is air pollution relevant? Water? Ground? Pets relevant? Does she do this while at the office? While traveling to or form the office? While at home? Does she believe she is being eco-friendly on this day as well? Is she using a specific product this day? Could her eco-unfriendliness be spread out across the week instead of being all in one day?

Do they go for ice cream together? Is this a weekly ritual? Would she be able to be eco-friendly if she went for ice cream on her own? Do they go to where the ice cream is? Retrieve it from somewhere? Have it delivered to somewhere?

If they were to all get ice cream together any other day of the week would Ella still be the least ecologically friendly of the group?

Does she hate the taste of the cone? Does she eat so slowly that the ice cream drips down the sides of the cone, making a cup a less messy solution? Does she only want one scoop, and to get a cone, you need more than one?
Or is her reason for having it in a cup related to her eco-friendly ways? Which in this case backfires?

Is she celiac? Or, given that fruit is relevant, is her dish of choice impossible to fit an an eco-friendly container? Would she be able to eat it in reusable bowl if they were staying, but her co-workers get cones and want to eat them as they walk back to work?

********SPOILER********

Every Friday, Ella and her co-workers get ice cream after lunch. Ella can't have gluten, so instead of getting her ice cream in a cone like her co-workers, she gets hers in a disposable bowl, although she's usually the most eco-friendly person in her office.
