Brindi has a student ticket that's valid on all trains in their state, but only in conjunction with photo ID. She mails her ticket to Victoria, knowing that most ticket inspectors don't check photo ID, and even if they do, it's just a €7 fine (instead of the usual €60 for fare evasion) if you show the ticket and valid photo ID at a train station within two weeks. They agree to split the €7 fine if Victoria gets caught.
