A group of activists walked down a quiet but well-maintained side street carrying buckets. They then poured concrete from the bucket neatly and evenly over the street. Why?

Good one! I've seen people in DC unscrewing those nasty little bumps from benches. Unsure if they were advocating for unhoused people or skateboarders, but either way, good for them.
