My English friend has had to deal with some nonsense the past couple of years. At least she doesn't live in America. What, and Why?

Was this done by neighbors? My UK friend: yes, and her friends Are many people bothering her? not really, I guess about 10 or so (not all at the same time).

'Karen' has become a nickname for argumentative, difficult or 'entitled' women who cause problems, or are perceived as such. My UK friend, whose name is 'Karen', is getting fed up with it now, because her friends and other people tease her, e.g. when she has to give her name. In the USA, Karens abound, and some get arrested or lose their jobs.
