Just so I'm clear and up to speed, the relevant [type of] store is a supermarket/grocery store, right? Correct. Like, this wouldn't work with an office supply store, or clothing store, or whatever? Not impossible, but they're a lot less susceptible to this.
Is the third relevant group the supervisors of the other employees? Management? The owner(s)? Management or owners. Employees with the same position, but working a different shift? Perhaps the opening shift? The middle shift? Does the third group work in a relevant department of the supermarket?
Do you go in the last hour because products are more picked over, so you don't spend as much time deciding between things? Or maybe stores near you re-stock a little bit earlier than that so that they're ready for the next day, and you go then knowing that will have happened? Is the reason that you go in the last hour related to the store? The availability of whatever you want to purchase? Something to do with your home life? Work life? The reason is irrelevant, what's relevant is that I always go in the last hour, regardless of their opening hours.
Weird thought, but hygiene relevant? Do you like to make going to the store the last thing you do before taking off your day-clothes and settling into pjs or sweats or whatever? Or right before going to bed? Before taking a shower? Anything like that? No to all.
