[JenBurdoo] Insanitary

It is wartime, and fresh water is so scarce aboard a submarine that the sailors are ordered not to wash. A sailor is arrested for having violated orders by washing, but insists that he hasn't. What happened?

Has he? Was he arrested on a technicality? Did he try to get off on a technicality? Was he arrested because he looked too clean? Used water? Was seen washing? Relevant which war? Which side?

Is he actually clean? If so, because he cleaned up? Didn't get dirty? Did he slack off? Was his job not that dirty in the first place? Was there an accident? WAG: did he accidentally spill fuel on himself, cleaning off grease and grime? Did he intentionally look clean?

Is he actually clean? Yope. If so, because he cleaned up? No. Didn't get dirty? No. Did he slack off? No. Was his job not that dirty in the first place? No. Was there an accident? No. WAG: did he accidentally spill fuel on himself, cleaning off grease and grime? No. Did he intentionally look clean? No.

Yope clean: is he clean at some point in time? Does he look clean but isn't? Is he dirty but in an unexpected way? Unexpected place? Is his skin yope clean? His clothing? Hair? Is he covered in red dirt/grease, but it can't be seen in the red light used to preserve dark vision?
