I've seen puzzles on the old forums that have at least a dozen participants. It's beautiful how we all work together to piece the stories together

No.

Yope-ish. This is personally my least favorite answer to a puzzle question but I think it's the most fitting.
Jericho's? No.
One idea: Was it part of the doctor's medical records? Something about Amanda?
No to these, very slight -ish to "something about Amanda".

Amanda's husband hired Jericho to kill Amanda. Not wanting to leave any traceable evidence, he makes holes above letters and words about where to find Amanda and what she looks like. He leaves the magazine in the trash at the doctor's office and tells Jericho. Jericho picks up the magazine, gets the details, and kills Amanda.
