Is the fact that Disney World and Cape Canaveral are both in Florida relevant?

Was there something in a Disney movie named "Challenger"? Something in a Disney park?

Same questions for something named after any of the astronauts on board the Challenger.

Disney = The Walt Disney company? Did they publish something relevant? A movie? A TV show? Animated? Live action? A book? An article? An interview? Is this well-known image of the exploded spacecraft relevant?

Did they intend to do so? "Introduce" = "made aware of"? "Informed about"? Was the movie showed in theaters? On TV? Sold on tapes? Was the disaster reference? Mentioned? Talked about? Was any footage from the disaster included? Is the investigation of the disaster relevant? Is the movie about the disaster? Was it done in good taste? Bad taste? Neither? Both? By accident? Is a joke relevant?

Is a specific aspect of the disaster relevant? If so: the causes? The effects? The victims? The media coverage? The investigation? The aftermath? The name of the shuttle? The year it happened? Would what they did relevantly prompt kids to ask their parents about it? Look up more information about it?

Was it part of the show The Wonderful World of Disney (at least, I think that's what the weekly show was called)? Is the movie a famous one? Do we need to know it to answer the puzzle?

Is McAuliffe relevant? Is it relevant that people watched the actual Challenger launch live?

Does someone in the movie talk about making like a next-gen o-ring? Improving the design of the o-ring? Is the craft in the movie in the process of being created? Are blueprints for it being drawn up? Is someone brainstorming it? Is it in the process of development? Does it get developed/built through the movie?

Do the characters get stranded? Maybe they need to repair the o-ring? Develop something better?

Does the movie have a character/part of the station/planet or whatever that is named after an o-ring somehow?

Does temperature matter?

An in-universe context? Yes Referencing the real world? Um... it references the Challenger disaster but does not directly name it Breaking the fourth wall relevant? No

Was it part of the show The Wonderful World of Disney (at least, I think that's what the weekly show was called)? No, but OTRT Is the movie a famous one? Not particularly Do we need to know it to answer the puzzle? You can probably solve without it

So someone in the movie is talking about: o-rings in general? A specific o-ring? The o-ring that failed in the actual disaster? Some o-ring that mustn't fail? Is the use of o-rings in other applications than rockets relevant? The use of other things than o-rings in rockets?

Was there a similar event that happened in the past in the world of the movie?

Just to clarify for me: is there a distinction between "mentioning" and "talking about" because it's not the main subject of conversation? Because it's not actually said verbally?

Does a character say something like, "Getting an o-ring right can be quite challenging"?

Does this part of the show involve one character? Two? More? Relevant? Does it matter what their jobs are? Genders? How they're related to other characters? Is anyone in the show trying to prevent a disaster? Trying to cause a disaster?

It's a show geared towards kids/families, right? Is it a comedy? Drama? Sci-fi? Relevant?

An idiom? Colloquialism? ...but this is it. Metaphor?

****SPOILER****

The Disney Channel original movie Zenon: Girl of the 21st Century included several words and phrases as futuristic slang. One of these phrases was "blow an O-ring" (meaning "lose one's temper"), a direct reference to the Challenger disaster. Not something one would expect out of a DCOM!
