In class, Taylor is asked to calculate 2.1x0.7. When the calculator returns 1.47, she thinks the calculator is broken because she doesn't know that numbers get smaller when multiplied by a number < 1. She asks the teacher for another calculator. The teachers asks Taylor's classmate Jerome to give her his, but he forgot it at home. As this is his "third strike" of forgetting equipment, he gets in trouble.
