I've realized I was making the assumption that she was already out of the house and heading somewhere when she checked her watch. Is this assumption correct?

She had a smartwatch, which was displaying her heartrate as abnormally, and alarmingly, high while on a leisurely walk. She then goes quickly to the nearby medical centre and makes an appointment to get it checked out.

Whew, I thought I must have entered some kind of time loop, as I could have sworn I had seen the answer before. It helps to know that we’re all in that time loop together.
